What is Advisy CoPilot?
CoPilot is an AI voice-roleplay trainer with automatic scorecards. Reps practice live conversations against lifelike AI prospects built for their industry, and every call is graded on what they said and how they sounded. It also scores real calls you've already taken, through a one-click Quo connection.
How does scoring work?
Every call is graded on what you say (discovery, objection handling, the close) and how you sound (tone and pace), against a rubric built for your track and industry. You get a grade, a breakdown by category, and a coach's note you can apply on the next call, all in under a minute after you hang up.
How is this different from a generic AI chatbot?
CoPilot roleplays a real, live voice conversation with a prospect who interrupts, objects, and pushes back like a real person, then grades you against a track-correct rubric instead of just summarizing a transcript. You can drill the exact same scenario again immediately.

What does the scorecard include?
Each scorecard gives you an overall grade, a breakdown by category (discovery, objection handling, the close, tone and pace), and a coach's note you can apply on your next call.
How fast do I get feedback?
Under a minute after you hang up. CoPilot grades the call and posts your scorecard automatically, no waiting on a coach or manager to review it.

What is Test My Team?
It's a way to mystery-shop your own team. Send one real test call to your reps and get a scorecard back in about 10 minutes, no account required to try it. Reps are told upfront that their calls will be recorded and scored, same as any other call CoPilot grades.
How do team seats and the scoreboard work?
Pro and Max are priced per seat, invite your whole team and every rep gets their own seat. Pro includes a team scoreboard so everyone can see how the team is scoring. Max adds a full manager dashboard with a per-rep view across every criterion.
Is my data and are my call recordings private?
Yes. Practice and real calls are recorded so you can review performance, stored securely, and private to your account. We do not sell personal data or share recordings with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes, free forever, no card required: 1 call every month (up to 20 minutes), the Consultation and Customer Success tracks, a basic scorecard and call analysis, and results saved to your profile.
What do the paid plans cost?
Pro is $38.50 per seat per month at the founding rate (normally $55). Max is $70 per seat per month at the founding rate (normally $100). Founding rates are 30% off, locked for 12 months, for a limited time. Annual billing gets 2 months free, and you can keep training past your monthly minutes at $15/hour.
What is Unlimited?
Unlimited is bundled with an ACRE Partner membership: unlimited roleplay and scoring, every track, every seat, a full team dashboard for your whole org, and a dedicated account manager. See pricing to talk to ACRE about it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Max offer a 7-day free trial, capped at 7 practice rounds. A card is required to start the trial so it can auto-convert, but you will not be charged during those 7 days, and you can cancel anytime before it converts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime, no long-term contract. Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually.
Security & data
Where is my call data stored?
Practice and real calls are stored securely on encrypted infrastructure, private to your account. Access is controlled per-seat and per-role.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal data or share call recordings with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Who can see my team's scores?
Every rep on a Pro or Max plan can see the team scoreboard. Managers on Max also get a full per-rep dashboard across every scoring criterion.
